Genesis 10

"These are the clans of Noah's sons, according to their family records, in their nations.  The nations on earth spread out from these after the flood."

Genesis 10:32

It looks like Noah's sons took to heart the "Be fruitful and multiply" part of the last chapter's covenant.  Japheth had 7 sons, Ham had 4 sons, and Shem had 5 sons.  No mention is made of their daughters, but they obviously had some because each of Noah's grandsons also had children.

This chapter basically details out which nations are descended from which of Noah's sons and grandsons.  However, since no mention is made of whose daughters were married to whose sons, I prefer to think of all the nations as Noah's and his wife's.  All nations are part of God's gift to Noah for his obedience.
