Genesis 33:5
Jacob had feared his brother's wrath and his company of 400 men, but it turns out that Esau was pleased to see him! Despite past differences, the brothers make peace, fulfilling God's promise of deliverance in the previous chapter. I find it interesting that Jacob kept up his charade of piety even after he wrestled with the Lord and won!
I guess that's probably one of the reasons God chose Jacob for this event - he's become a humble man, and he knows his place even after fighting with the Lord. What is my place in this world? Who do I need to serve today?
