When the people of Israel were called, they responded. They may have had their faults - their stiff-necked attitudes in particular - but they were open to the calling of the Lord.
Question of the Day:
Is your heart open to the Lord's calling? When He knocks, will you open the door to Him? Will you even hear the knocking?
Prayer of the Day:
Open my heart to hear You and obey. Do not let me shun your calling for me. Be persistent and clear so that my unclean ears may hear you. Amen.
