"I will celebrate before the Lord, and I will humble myself even more and humiliate myself."
2 Samuel 6:21b-22a
David and his procession dance and cheer as they bring the Ark of the Lord into their city, but David's wife Michal (daughter of Saul) criticized him for doing so. He replied that he was rejoicing before the Lord, and that she has no business chastising him for worship.
God Calls each of us to worship Him in our own way.

Prayer of the Day:
Lord, thank You for giving me insight into Your plan for my relationship wit You. Thank You for giving me a family who are supportive of my relationship with You, rather than a spouse who despises my worship. Help me to lead my family towards closer worship of You each day. Amen.
