Due to long hours driving (and trying to sleep enough during the day to make night-driving safe), I was unable to stick with my 1-chapter-per-day routine while I was traveling. In the time I was gone, I read through chapters 34 through 38 and hand-wrote my thoughts about them. I've typed and uploaded these here:

In addition to these chapters of Genesis, I also started to read a book titled Every Man's Battle: Winning the War on Sexual Temptation One Victory at a Time, by Stephen Arterburn and Fred Stoeker, with Mike Yorkey. One of the things I absolutely love about visiting Uncle Kevin's house is that he has a huge store of books for Christian living. This particular book goes into great detail, brutally analyzing what I would consider the number one hindrance that Christian men face when trying to walk with God. I'll start a separate discussion about this book.
